Pressure Proof: Anti-Bullying & Confidence Program
Pressure Proof is our core anti-bullying and confidence program, designed to help young people navigate social pressure with calm, confidence, and respect. Through Jiu Jitsu training and the Pathways Principles, students learn how to stay composed under pressure, stand up for themselves without violence, and develop empathy for others. The goal is not simply to stop bullying, but to build resilient young people who have the confidence and emotional control to handle life’s challenges.
Pressure Tested: Youth Scholarship Program
Pressure Tested removes financial barriers by providing scholarships that give kids and teens access to structured Jiu Jitsu training, mentorship, and the Pathways Principles. By ensuring that cost is not an obstacle, the program allows more young people to develop the confidence, discipline, and resilience that come from consistent training and positive mentorship. Students leave with more than athletic ability—they gain the mindset and life skills needed to navigate pressure and pursue long-term success.
